The expo is renewed by 40% and will present everything new in the franchising industry                                                 

The expo will take place from the 19th until the 22nd of February 2010 at HELEXPO PALACE, Kifissias Av., 39. Athens.

KEM 2010 assembles a mixture of both Greek and international concepts from different business sectors, falling into the following broad categories: food & beverage, supermarkets, clothing – shoes – accessories, health & beauty, service provision, home furnishing, vending machines and shop design.
The concepts presented are of exceptional interest and cover the following sectors: Asian cuisine, bistro, sandwiches – cheese pies, fresh juices – smoothies, athletic attire & shoes, children’s clothing & shoes, women’s clothing & shoes, clothing for armed forces & hunters, eco car wash, gyms, jewellery, tuition centres, foreign languages & I/T education, real estate agencies, dry cleaners, gifts – cards, hygiene services, ink refills, hair salons, home appliances, shoe repairs, etc.

It is worth noting that KEM 2010 is renewed by 40% in relation to last year, in regards to the variety of concepts presented.

During the 11 years of its successful course, more than 180 international companies have participated at the KEM International Franchise Exhibition. These companies came in contact with prospect investors from all over the world and have signed thousands of partnership agreements, expanding successfully their network in Greece.

It should be stressed that despite the international financial crisis that has also struck our country, last years’ visiting rates were satisfactory, and visitors were exceptional in regards to their quality characteristics, as they were fully informed about franchising and determined to invest.
Therefore, many deals were closed during the expo, while exhibitors commented on the outstanding prospects for future collaborations.

Along with the 12th KEM Expo, the 6th KEM Vending Machine Expo and the KEM Shop Design Expo will be taking place.

The 12th KEM International Franchise Exhibition 2010 is organized under the auspices of the National Confederation of Hellenic Commerce, the Franchise Association of Greece, the World Franchise Council (WFC) and the European Franchise Federation (EFF).
